What is your business model?

We typically lease properties for 2-3 years. With permission, we sublease to our corporate clients, typically 30 days+ durations. We fill vacancies in between stays that are usually 4-5 days and up for corporate clients that have shorter duration needs.

We keep the home in perfect condition and take care of it better than any long term renter could. This means professional cleanings at least once per week to ensure consistent top notch service and experience for our clients.

We have strict house rules: no pets, no events/parties, no smoking, no noise after 9:30pm.

Who are your typical clients? 

We cater to the highest end guests. These are usually business travelers, executives, and medical professionals. They seek a place to call home away from home with the amenities to unwind after a long day. As a result, our clients do not hold parties or host loud gatherings that put the property at risk.

We also manually screen all our new clients to ensure it is a mutual fit in terms of needs and care quality.

Do you have insurance to cover damages?

We have insurance coverage up to $3M on the property

How do you ensure the property is maintained during a stay?

Regarding maintenance, you won't have to worry. We have a 24-hour handy(wo)man to take care of all the repairs. Everything under $800 we cover, and anything over, we will notify you right away.

You're also welcome to check on the home whenever it is vacant to ensure that our quality of care is up to your standards.

Lastly, we install cameras around the property for 24/7 surveillance to protect the home and monitor who goes in and out of the home. If there is too much noise, we will know before the neighbors even notice.

What happens if you don't have bookings?

Whether or not we have clients, we will always pay you your rent.
